It’s well known that the Commander in Chief of the United States, Barack Obama, is a huge NBA and college hoops fan. In fact, if one didn’t already know, he’s a University of North Carolina diehard, and does pretty well when it comes to filling out an NCAA bracket every year around this time.
Ever since 2009, Barack Obama has filled out his own personal bracket along with Andy Katz live on ESPN, in an appropriately titled segment called Barack-etology.
Last season, finished in the 72.9% percentile, according to ESPN, and accurately predicted that North Carolina would win the 2009 National Title.
This season, Barack is in line with most of America, choosing the Kentucky Wildcats to take home the 2015 NCAA Championship, besting the Villanova Wildcats.
For some of the rest of his picks, Obama also selected the Duke Blue Devils and Wisconsin Badgers to make a run to the Final Four, as well as Notre Dame, Iowa State, Arizona, and Virginia making it advance to the Elite Eight.
As far as some upsets, Mr President likes Davidson, Buffalo, and Dayton to play the spoilers……….
