A father and son have been arrested in connection with the death of Tyson Gay’s 15-year-old daughter.
Tyson Gay’s daughter, Trinity, was shot and killed Sunday morning by a stray bullet. She was hit in the neck amid an exchange of gunfire between two parked vehicles outside the Cook Out restaurant in Lexington, Kentucky around 4 AM.
38-year-old Chazerae Taylor, father, and his 19-year-old son D’Markeo were arrested and charged with wanton endangerment. 21-year-old D’Vonta Middlebrooks, also invovled in a shootout with police was also charged with wanton endangerment as well as a weapons charge.
Tyson is reportedly flying to Kentucky right now. Trinity, his daughter, was also a high school track athlete.
