The rivalry between TCU and Baylor just got real. With no conference championship game at the end of the season, the winner of the marquee clash will most likely decide the conference’s representative for the playoffs. It looks like things between both schools are not only heating up on the field but off the field as well. It seems that a statue of Heisman winner Robert Griffin III was defaced with purple paint.
The obvious conclusion is that a TCU fan vandalized the statue but there is no proof besides the purple paint to corroborate that this was indeed the case.
Baylor and TCU will meet on Nov. 27 in Fort Worth, Texas.
