After Jake Arrieta was hit by a pitch and all the benches cleared during the seventh inning of last nights game Rodriguez went nuts. He got into it with a Cubs player and then took out all his frustrations on a gatorade cooler. After being ejected Rodriguez returned to the dugout and could be seen shouting “I’m gonna f***ing kill you!” as he attacked the gatorade cooler.

Rodriguez told Yahoo’s Jeff Passan that what sent him off was Cubs catcher David Ross choking him. Ross said it was unintentional.
