DeMar DeRozan continues to elevate his game and improve every season and is playing the best basketball of his career right now for the Toronto Raptors.

DeMar DeRozan had the best night of his career on Monday night, when he rode a hot hand and a 21 point first quarter to a new franchise-record, 52 point performance for the Raptors in their 131-127 overtime victory over the Milwaukee Bucks.

He added eight assists and five rebounds in the game and hit five three-pointers, a part of DeRozan’s game that has improved a lot this season as he is attempting three of these shots per game this season and hitting a career-high 35% of them.

He is averaging about 27-5-4 on close to 50% shooting over the last month and feels like a lock to be an All-NBA performer for the second season in a row at this point in the season.

The Raptors are quietly as good as anybody in the eastern conference this season and could be positioned to have their best chance to make the NBA Finals in this era.
