Rockets’ Patrick Beverly Out for Remainder of Season, Playoffs Included

Initially, it was reported that Beverly would be out for 7-10 days, but he has opted for season-ending surgery to repair torn ligaments.

Rockets guard Pat Beverley has opted to have surgery to repair ligaments in his left wrist injured last week in Indianapolis, a person with knowledge of the decision said. […] The surgery will force Beverley to miss the remainder of the season, including the post-season regardless of how far the Rockets advance in the playoffs.
