There’s a lot made of the constant injuries to Tony Romo. But their other standout offensive player, Dez Bryant has become injury prone as well. Dez may be out 3 weeks with a slight hairline fracture to his knee. He missed much of last season with a fractured foot
Aside from a touchdown in week 3, Dez hasn’t been much of a factor for Dallas so far this year. In fact, Cole Beasley has really led the offensive attack from a wide receiver standpoint, as he and rookie Dak Prescott have really hit it off so far. Sure he’s big name, but given his limited role so far, Dallas should be able to manage until he is back.
Cowboys wide receiver Dez Bryant suffered a “slight hairline fracture in one of the bones in his knee,” and not only is his status in doubt for this Sunday’s game against the 49ers, he could miss up to three weeks, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.
Bryant missed several weeks last season with a broken bone in his foot and the offense, which was also without Tony Romo for 14 games, sputtered before stalling completely.
