The Dallas Cowboys came from behind to beat the New York Giants 27-26 in the final seconds of Sunday Night Football. In that game, Dez Bryant left the game on two occasions. Once in the first half because of dehydration and in the fourth quarter due to an apparent leg injury.
That turned out to be a broken foot in his bone and will be out 4 to 6 weeks. But that didn’t stop him from hobbling out of the locker room to congratulate his teammates. Love the raw emotion.
NFL Media’s Desmond Purnell was told by Cowboys owner Jerry Jones that wide receiver Dez Bryant suffered a broken bone in his right foot in Dallas’ 27-26 win over the Giants on Sunday night.
Cowboys coach Jason Garrett confirmed the bone break and said Bryant will undergo surgery. Garrett said the team expects Bryant to miss four to six weeks.
