Tom Brady spent much of the AFC championship game vs. the Broncos running for his life. The reason for that is two-fold: 1) He’s one of the least mobile QBs in the league, and 2) Denver kept the pressure coming all night.
Brady barely had any time allow his receivers to get open and therefore was under pressure for most of the game. The Patriot apparently weren’t amused by the lack of time Brady had in the pocket and promptly fired their Offensive Line coach on Monday. Knee jerk reaction much?
The New England Patriots have parted ways with offensive line coach Dave DeGuglielmo, reports NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport.
The news comes one day after the Patriots’ 20–18 loss to the Denver Broncos in the AFC Championship Game, in which quarterback Tom Brady took 23 hits including four sacks.
