If all goes as planned, Marshawn Lynch could be an Oakland Raider by the end of the day.
The Raiders and Lynch have agreed to terms on a contract for a one-year deal and the team has hashed out the details of a trade for Lynch’s rights with the Seahawks.
The Raiders will send a 2018 fifth-round pick to the Seahawks and Oakland will get a 2018 sixth-round pick from the Hawks in return. So for now the only thing standing in the way of his return is a physical which is expected to take place today.
Apparently, the Raiders and Lynch have agreed to a one-year, $3-million base contract with a $2-million bonus for a 1,000-yard season and a max value of $8.5 million. However, ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports the deal is for two years.
Here is what some of his future teammates had to say:

Marshawn Lynch retired after a 10-year career. He helped Seattle capture Super Bowl XLVIII and returned to the title game the next season. With his acquisition, the Raiders are hoping Lynch will help get them to their end goal, the Super Bowl.
