Le’Veon Bell had an eye-opening season for the Pittsburgh Steelers and pretty much carried the offense along with Antonio Brown (and Big Ben, of course). The knee injury that ended his season looked a lot worse than it ended up being, so fans were excited that he’d be back to start next season. But not so fast, as he’s been suspended for the first three weeks of the 2015 season.
Pittsburgh Steelers all-pro running back Le’Veon Bell is facing a three-game suspension stemming from his August arrest on drug and DUI charges, a person with knowledge of the situation told USA TODAY Sports on Thursday.
The person spoke on condition of anonymity because Bell is in the process of appealing the suspension, which was first reported by ESPN
