Erin Andrews broke down on the stand Monday while testifying in her $75 million lawsuit against the Nashville Marriott and Michael David Barrett, the man convicted of secretly recording her through a peephole.
In 2008, while working for ESPN, Erin Andrews stayed at the Nashville Marriott. Barrett, the man convicted of videotaping her explained how the hotel accommodated his request for the room next to hers. Barrett then sawed off the peephole and proceeded to record her as she got out of the shower. The video was then posted online. Barrett was sentenced to 2 years for interstate stalking, a term he has already served.
Erin will most likely to take the stand again today.
